Mining Engineer My client, a successful and well regarded consulting company, is currently looking for a Mining Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a Perth based role, located in their busy CBD offices and will involve some travel (about 25% of your time). This role is suitable for someone with a Degree in Mining Engineering, obtained from a recognised University. You will ideally come from a scheduling and mine planning background and will be confident using planning and scheduling software (such as Mine 2-4D, Surpac and Datamine). Your general computer skills will be of a high standard and you will have a genuine passion for technology This role will see you working on a large variety of projects either in small groups or independently so initiative and a can-do attitude are essential to guarantee your success in this role. You will report to the Consulting Manager and join a strong team of around 50 people. The company culture is young, vibrant, fun and Professional. What you need: Relevant tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering Around 5 -10 years experience in a similar position (Ideally in W.A) Previous experience in a consulting background Demonstrated ability to generate and develop new business.
